Ingredients
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped) (or substitute for other leafy greens)
  • protein of choice (meat or fish - can be seasoned and sauteed in a little butter - or 2 cooked eggs)
  • 2 Tbs olive oil (2-4 Tbs) (extra virgin)
  • balsamic vinegar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • TH Mineral Salt (optional)
  • black pepper (optional)
  • crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp TH Nutritional Yeast (optional)
  • Bragg liquid aminos (optional)
  • cheese of choice (optional)
  • nuts (optional) (handful)
  • sunflower seeds (optional) (handful)
  • 1/2 avocado (optional)
Instructions

    On a plate, combine lettuce with your choice of protein.

    Add your choice of toppings.

    Dress with oil, vinegar, tahini, and seasonings.

    Toss ingredients on plate.
