Esther Allison, author of “Trim Healthy Indulgence,” worked a little bit of magic, if I may say so myself… I present to you a moist FP cookie to warm up your Fall! You can also add a teaspoon of caramel or maple extract to really jazz things up!” This recipe is a bit outside the box as it contains both a small amount of S (butter) and E (applesauce) ingredients. But, in these little portion sizes, two cookies can squeeze into an FP treat as you enjoy them with a mug of warm tea or hot coffee!
