Helpful Tips from Cindy:
Cindy shares, "If you use 0% Greek Yogurt this is a Fuel Pull and you can use it in any meal type on the Trim Healthy Mama plan. You can form it into balls and let it set in olive oil and herbs to give it a flavor you enjoy."
Herb Suggestions and Serving Ideas:
- Slice up heirloom tomatoes, add Labneh Cheese on top with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and pepper. (S Version)
- Add a bit on top of your morning eggs.
- Place some on some on-plan crackers.
- Mediterranean spices would be lovely.
- Basil, oregano.
- Use it as a dip for celery, carrots, cucumbers, etc.
You can do many flavor combinations with your Labneh Cheese, plus save yourself some money in the process. Drive Thru Sue’s could try this at home too because it’s just that easy!
