Ingredients

1 ¹⁄₄ sticks butter (unsalted) (room temperature)
2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate (melted)
5 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend (5-6 tsp) (ground in coffee grinder)
2 tsp coffee extract (2-3 tsp)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well with an electric mixer.
