SERENE CHATS: Dairy-free but not yummy-free! This is a variation of the No Moo Cheesecake Bites.. The No Moo Cream Cheese is when you would like to make an unsweetened version of cream cheese like regular Philly cream cheese. You can smear it on breads, muffins, Beauty Blend Graham Crackers (page 504) or onto pancakes, or just dip a spoon in and enjoy. This recipe is also used in the No Moo Cheesecake Stuffed Cookie Sammies (S) p.506

SERENE CHATS: Dairy-free but not yummy-free! This is a variation of the No Moo Cheesecake Bites.. The No Moo Cream Cheese is when you would like to make an unsweetened version of cream cheese like regular Philly cream cheese. You can smear it on breads, muffins, Beauty Blend Graham Crackers (page 504) or onto pancakes, or just dip a spoon in and enjoy. Instructions

  1. Brew the oolong tea bags in the boiled water for 5 minutes in an insulated coffee mug to keep it nice and hot (or cover a mug with a saucer to help the tea stay hot). Squeeze and remove the tea bags, then pour the tea into a blender (adding a little more water to make the liquid come up to the 1-cup line on your blender, as the tea leaves absorb some of the water as they rehydrate).

  1. Add the gelatin to the blender and blend for a few seconds. Add the coconut oil and blend for a few seconds again. Throw in the lecithin, vanilla, salt, sweeteners, and baobab powder and blend until smooth.

  1. Pour into pretty molds or ice cube trays or any old kitchen plastic tub.
