Put the gelatin in a little cup, add the cool water, and stir just a little to soften and dissolve.

Place the hot water, agar powder, psyllium and dissolved gelatin in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and whisk well while bringing to a boil. Turn off the heat and stir well for 30 seconds.

Place the gelatin mixture in a blender and add all the remaining ingredients. Blend very well, then chill in the fridge until set.
