Instructions

  1. Place a few handfuls of the Baby Spring Mix in a large serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle with any amount of extra virgin olive oil that you desire. Some may prefer more and some may prefer less.
  3. Sprinkle generous amounts of nutritional yeast on to your greens to and toss to thoroughly cover the baby greens. Some prefer more of a heavier coating while others may prefer a lighter coating of nutritional yeast.
  4. You can adjust the quantities of all 3 ingredients to your personal preference to "own" this recipe and make it your own!
