Description

This is a little simpler than the Traditional Pie Crust, even though it is also pre-baked. This one also can be used for savory recipes, if the sweetener is removed. Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, then press into a pie pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool until ready to fill.

Note

This recipe calls for ground Super Sweet Blend; we suggest grinding some in a coffee grinder ahead of time and keeping it in a zippered bag for uses like these crusts.  But if you don’t care about being such a tightwad budgeter (as we are), use 2 to 4 tsp Gentle Sweet.
