This is a little simpler than the Traditional Pie Crust, even though it is also pre-baked. This one also can be used for savory recipes, if the sweetener is removed. This recipe is found in the “Sweet Treats – Pies, Cheesecakes, and Cobblers” section of the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook, page 325. This recipe is a multiple serve recipe and makes 1 standard 10-inch pie crust.

Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
-
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, then press into a pie pan.
-
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool until ready to fill.
Note
This recipe calls for ground Super Sweet Blend; we suggest grinding some in a coffee grinder ahead of time and keeping it in a zippered bag for uses like these crusts. But if you don’t care about being such a tightwad budgeter (as we are), use 2 to 4 tsp Gentle Sweet.
