Toast the bread and lay both pieces open on a plate.
Mix together the tahini, salsa, salt, pepper, chipotle powder, and liquid smoke in a bowl. Add the tuna and mix well. If you would like this mixture to be a little moister, add another tablespoon of salsa.
Spread half the mixture on 1 piece of toast, then do the same to the other. Squeeze a generous drizzle of lemon juice onto each piece.
