1 Multiple Serve Recipe
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
-
Add the water and mix well.
-
Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
-
Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper.
-
Roll the mixture out with a jar or rolling pin until the mix is spread out evenly on the cookie sheet to about 1/8 inch thick.
-
Push in the edges of the spread mix so they are not too thin and wispy. Thinner edges will cook much faster and may burn.
-
Take off the plastic wrap and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-18 minutes.

Suggestions from Kris:
- These crackers will stay crisp for a day or two. If they un-crisp with time, they can quickly be reheated in the oven and will crisp back up.
- The thinner you can spread this mix, the crispier it will stay.
