1 Single Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast (s) (fresh or thawed from frozen; diced or cut into small pieces with kitchen scissors)
  • 1 Tbs natural peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 1 1/2 Tbs TH Peanut Flour
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 sprinkle TH Mineral Salt
  • 1 sprinkle black pepper
  • 1 sprinkle cayenne pepper (if you like a little spicy)
  • 1 sprinkle onion powder
  • 1 squirt Bragg's liquid aminos (optional)
  • 1 tsp butter (or extra-virgin coconut oil)
  • 1 Troodles Recipe (See Recipe Notes Below)
Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 425°F.

    Place the chicken breast in a large bowl, add the peanut flour, peanut butter (if using), water, salt, pepper, cayenne, and onion powder, and combine to coat well.

    Melt the butter, then pour into a small baking pan. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes.

    Run the pan under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the top of the chicken breast is golden brown and gets ultra-crispy. Watch closely after 5 minutes, so it does not burn.

    Serve over a bed of spiraled & sauteed zucchini.
