This is a remake of the original pudding idea in our book (page 366), but we’ve tweaked it a little more to rock your taste buds even further – and to up the protein content. De-fatted peanut flour gives great peanut butter flavor in this pudding and allows it to stay in Fuel Pull mode. Real peanut butter can be a bit like a drug for some of us. We find it very hard to stop after one spoonful. Peanut flour is vastly lower in calories than real peanut butter so it saves the guilty feeling you get after downing 3-4 Tbs of peanut butter straight from the jar! You’ve never done that, have you? Forgive yourself and enjoy some of this pudding!

This is a remake of the original pudding idea in our book (page 366), but we've tweaked it a little more to rock your taste buds even further - and to up the protein content. We find it very hard to stop after one spoonful. Peanut flour is vastly lower in calories than real peanut butter so it saves the guilty feeling you get after downing 3-4 Tbs of peanut butter straight from the jar! You've never done that, have you?
