I’m not much one for smoothies. I prefer eating my meals vs drinking them. This smoothie changes that all up for me though. I love the flavor so much, and I get tons of satisfaction drinking it through a straw… who knew I could love a smoothie!!!!!???? The flavors of pecan and banana merge beautifully together, combined with the subtle, earthy hemp flavor of the TH Optimized Plant Protein Powder. It fills me up, too, so that’s a boon. I usually make the XO version.

Note—If you’re not a pecan-loving person, a peanut butter version can be easily made by substituting the TH Natural Burst Pecan Extract with just a light dash of peanut butter flavor, using peanut butter in place of almond butter… and adding the TH Pressed Peanut Flour.
