What happens if your family orders in pizza with that white crust stuff that you know will send your blood sugar through the roof and explode your waistline? Don’t cave! Bless yourself with your very own pan of pizza for any quicky lunch or dinner. You can whip this up in about 10 minutes in a skillet. It is phenomenally good; you’ll fill up and you won’t feel a bit deprived. (You need a skillet that can go in the oven for this one.) This recipe is a single-serve recipe, found in the “Hangry Meals” section of the Trim Healthy Table Cookbook on page 310. This recipe is a single-serve recipe.

What happens if your family orders in pizza with that white crust stuff that you know will send your blood sugar through the roof and explode your waistline? Don’t cave! Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to high broil.
-
Make the WWBB batter according to directions, but add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
-
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the pizza batter in the hot fat and spread out (using the back of a spoon) into the size you want your personal pizza to be (about 6 inches across). Let it get golden brown on the bottom, then flip and cook the other side for another minute or so.
-
Remove the skillet from the heat (but keep the crust in the skillet) and top with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. Put under the broiler until the cheese is melty and the toppings are crisping.
-
Transfer to a large dinner plate, cut into pieces, and let them sit for about a minute to firm up. After a minute or so, your pieces won’t be bendy at all and will hold up to picking up with your hands.
