Note
Concerning our Greek Yogurt Breakfast Swirls: The 0% Greek yogurt works great for either S or E breakfasts, which makes things simple. It may be fat-free, but it still has a very creamy texture. The creamy consistency of Greek style is also suited to these breakfast swirls. Besides, it's downright yummy and adds good bacteria and live enzymes to your digestive tract. However, if yogurt is going to be your sole breakfast, it is important to use Greek style to get enough protein to start your morning. Regular yogurt won't offer you enough of this important micro-nutrient unless you mix it with cottage cheese. Zero fat Greek yogurt usually has nine grams of carbs for a full cup. Add some fruit like a chopped apple, without adding a lot of fat (like too many nuts), and you're in E meal territory. On another morning, include some nuts and berries with your yogurt, or a big spoon full of almond butter, and you are fine for S mode. That means it is also perfect as a Fuel Pull breakfast if paired with berries. It is so versatile since it does not contain too many carbs for a full S breakfast and it does not have too much fat to prevent it from being the perfect E. However, if you're having a S dessert of Greek yogurt after a fat laden S meal (a supper for example), we suggest you keep it to only half a cup.
If using TH Super Sweet Blend, to sweeten your plain Greek yogurt, it is best to grind it first unless you enjoy a crunchy feel in your yogurt. TH Pure Stevia Extract powder works great to sweeten Greek yogurt since it is a fine powder and dissolves easily. One doonk is usually enough unless you have a real sweet tooth and then you could try two.
