Make a sandwich with the bread and all the fillings and seasonings by smearing one wedge of cheese on each slice. Put all remaining ingredients on one slice and cover with the other. Spray a skillet with coconut (or other) oil, set it over medium/low heat, and add the butter to melt. Place the sandwich in the skillet and brown on both sides until the cheese is melty. (You can cover the pan while cooking to ensure “meltiness”)

Fill up further with by adding Easy Chocolate Milk (page 177) or the FP version of the Baby Frisky (page 172).
