These are a spin-off from the Superfood Chocolate Chews (page 383), an amazing protein bar with close to 25 grams of protein (part of it coming from the glycine-rich collagen). They’re perfect for a slimming, on-the-run afternoon snack. Each bar contains 5 grams of fat (mostly from the nuts) and negligible carbs, so they just fit into FP mode; add any more fat to your snack and you are in S mode, which is perfectly okay.
