  1. Add all of the base ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.

  1. Press the mixture into a parchment lined dish.

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and spread over the base. Sprinkle a little bit of lemon zest on top. Place in the freezer until the chocolate hardens then store in the fridge.
