Description

A super-quick, well-balanced, high-protein treat that soothes and tranquilizes the snacking monster. This recipe is a multiple-serve recipe that makes 20 to 25 protein power balls, depending on size. Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended. When it begins to take shape as a nice dough ball, remove and roll into small balls.

  1. Freeze the balls on a parchment-lined tray for 10 minutes, until firm. Store in the fridge for use in the next week or keep in the freezer for an extended period.
