Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended. When it begins to take shape as a nice dough ball, remove and roll into small balls.

Freeze the balls on a parchment-lined tray for 10 minutes, until firm. Store in the fridge for use in the next week or keep in the freezer for an extended period.
