- Melt the butter in a medium skillet and add the radishes, onion, and sausage. Cook over medium-high heat, tossing frequently, until the hash is browned and tender. (You can cook the hash in the same pan as you are frying eggs for yourself.)

"You can find little 8 oz. packets of match stick radishes at most grocery stores including Walmart. The thinness of the radishes allows them to tenderize quickly and give more of that hash brown vibe. If you can’t find the match stick variety, dice radishes very small so they are hash like."
Deep S Version: Use Green Onions instead of regular onions.
