Takes all of 5 minutes to make this amazing, Asian-inspired fat-blitzing soup. "Ramen Bowl" is an exciting noodle bowl full of flavor and fun!! This recipe is found in the "Hangry Meals" section of the Trim Healthy Table Cookbook, page 317 and is a single serve recipe.

  1. Heat the coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and toss in the oil for a minute or so. Add the noodles, increase the heat to high, and add the nutritional yeast, salt, pepper flakes, cayenne (if using), parsley flakes, stevia powder, and liquid aminos and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  1. Add the broth and chicken or salmon. Bring it to a boil, then simmer for another minute or so. Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon sesame oil, then taste test to adjust the flavors to “own it.”

Recipe Notes

NOTE: For a FP meal, omit the coconut oil and use only 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
