Ingredients
Instructions

Add all ingredients except ice and whey protein powder and blend for 10 seconds.

Add ice cubes and blend fully.

Add scoop of whey protein powder while blender is running.

Continue to blend until Frappa is thick and fluffy.

If necessary, add additional sweetener or high mineral sea salt to taste.

Pour into quart-sized jar and enjoy.

"A fun trick! Once the ice has broken down in the blender, transfer frappa to a food processor and add the whey protein. Process for a minute or two. This creates a much poofier frappa. It literally grows in volume and creaminess, so you have even more to enjoy!"
