Here is another great grab-and-go breakfast for ya! Have two or three even. If you’re still hungry, add on an S-friendly babysize shake from the Shakes and Smoothies chapter (page 468), but you might not need that as these stick to your ribs. Kids love them, too, but if your kids are picky about onions, just leave out the seasoning blend and use only the sausage as they are just as good without the onions and peppers. Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and seasoning blend (if using) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Keep cooking until all the liquid from the seasoning blend has evaporated.

  1. Make the batter for the biscuits and add the cooked sausage and seasoning blend. Bake as directed in the biscuit recipe.

Introduction continued....... Keep these biscuits in a large baggie in the fridge. Warm up in a hot oven for a few minutes or slice in half and toast to warm and crisp, then pat on some butter and you have brekky! Another delish way to enjoy these biscuits is to break one into pieces and put in the pan as you fry two eggs and some added egg whites if you are very hungry. No need for a breakfast meat that way.
