Ingredients
Single Serve
Chocolate
Strawberry
Vanilla
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high for a few seconds then turn down to low and blend for a full minute or two.

If the psyllium settles at the bottom of your glass toward the end of your meal… no biggie, just stir it back in with a fork.
