The title says “side” because this works as a side to any meal that contains some protein, and it will likely be the most common option used. It fills you up further following any meal or snack, provides more fiber, and is just plain old delicious. However, this milk can also be the full protein for a meal or a snack if it is very lacking.

Ingredients

Cooking Mode Disabled

Single Serve

Chocolate

Strawberry

Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for a few seconds then turn down to low and blend for a full minute or two.
  3. If the psyllium settles at the bottom of your glass toward the end of your meal… no biggie, just stir it back in with a fork.

Note

Protein Nerd Notes

As a side option to your meal or snack use the 2 Tbs of whey, this drink provides half the amount of your Protein Nerd Level 3 protein needs. Using the full amount of whey, you are fully covered and do not require more protein.
