Description

This recipe is one of our Quick Single Skillet Meals that begins on page 75 of the Trim Healthy Cookbook. This recipe makes a tasty, quick lunch if you’re home during the lunch hour, but they’re also great to pack and go if you (or hubs) work outside of the home and have access to a refrigerator and - close your eyes Serene - a microwave. Or, they make ultra-speedy single serve dinners. You got between 5 and 15 minutes, you've got a meal!

Instructions

  1. Put the broth and veggies in a medium skillet over medium high heat, and cook until almost tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 to 8 minutes. (You can cover the skillet if you want to speed the process.)
  2. Add the peanut flour, soy sauce, Super Sweet Blend, and the seasonings. Whisk well, then push the veggies to the side to make some room. Slowly whisk the Gluccie into the sauce. Simmer over low heat, allowing the sauce to thicken for a few more minutes (add only enough Gluccie to thicken to your own preference).
  3. Taste and adjust the seasonings to “own it”—it may need more salt, or sweetness, or spice. Then add the chicken or steak and stir.
  4. If using the TH Ancient Wisdom Noodles, add them to the skillet and stir to heat through.

RECIPE NOTES:
For serious weight reducing purposes, eat this stir fry with TH Ancient Wisdom Noodles
as a Fuel Pull. It is a body fat destroyer this way. The smartest thing to do is to set aside
a packet of noodles for you, and the rest of the family can enjoy it with rice or another
type of noodle. Of course, if you find yourself all alone on a rare evening, reduce the
amount of ingredients and make yourself a single serve. That works for a lunch too. If
you do not need more serious help with weight, enjoy it with 3/4 cup of rice or quinoa for
yourself for E style.
