Taco Pie
Description
This is a twist on our famous cheeseburger pie. If you have any family members reluctant to jump on the Trim Train, they won’t even realize they are doing it with this meal. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Brown the meat in a large skillet over high heat, then drain off any fat. Add the pizza sauce, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and 1½ teaspoons salt. Spread the meat mixture in a 9 × 13-inch baking pan and mix in half of the shredded cheese.

Combine the cream cheese, eggs, cream, and a dash of both salt and pepper in a food processor and blend. Spread over the meat mixture, then top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 35 minutes, or until bubbling.

- Pair with a big salad with a vinegar/oil dressing for a nice balance since this is a Heavy S meal. You can add any non-starchy veggie if you want something else on your plate.
- Growing children can have a healthy carb option on the side, such as buttered sprouted-grain bread or whole-grain rice or a baked potato with butter.
