Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and onion flakes in a small bowl and set aside.
Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any fat. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutritional yeast (if using) and toss with the meat for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a 9 × 13-inch baking dish. Add the green beans, mushrooms, mayo/Greek yogurt mixture, and cheddar and combine well. Bake for 45 minutes.
