12 Pieces of Pan Bread - 4 Pieces Per Serving

Place the old fashioned oats into a blender and blend until oats turn into powder.

Turn off the blender, add the egg whites, the low-fat cottage cheese (1% is best), the aluminum free baking powder and the salt.

Blend well.

Heat nonstick skillet or nonstick fry pan to medium/low temp. Spray pan or skillet with tiny bit of oil or moisten with slightest amount of butter.

Ladle mix onto skillet or pan in desired bread-sized shapes. You may use an egg flip to help spread shape out.

Once bottom of pan breads are golden brown and tops have bubbles, carefully use egg flip to free sides from sticking, then turn them to brown the other side.

Transfer the pan breads to a paper towel for a minute before plating.
