Turkey Tacos

The cutest, quickest tacos! Grab some all-natural deli turkey and you’ll have lunch or a quick dinner within minutes. Tia is a Trim Healthy Mama who shared this idea on our Beginners’ Facebook group. Instructions

  1. Spray a large skillet with coconut oil and set over medium-high heat.

  2. Put the deli meat slices into the pan without folding (if you can’t fit 6, start with just 4). Top each “taco” with the fillings and allow the bottom side of the meat to brown for a couple minutes. Fold half of each taco over and let cook for a couple minutes, until the cheese is melty.

NOTE: If you’d rather use pico de gallo and cilantro in place of spinach and tomatoes, feel free. If desired, add Speedy Chocolate Milk (page 457) or a baby-size shake from the Shakes and Smoothies chapter (page 468) to fill up further and for more protein.
