Place the chicken in the crockpot.

Add the salsa and cook on low heat all day or on high heat for 5 to 6 hours
Note
FOR FREEZER-TO-CROCK PREP: Label frozen bag of chicken breasts as “Wacha Want Mexican Chicken – FP” with a Sharpie. Write on bag “needs jar of salsa.” Place the bag in the freezer.The morning before cooking (24 hours prior), put the bag in the refrigerator to thaw. Next morning, pour off any excess fluid from the chicken and place the chicken in the crockpot.
Have you not had enough E meals lately? Pair this dish with two half E servings of beans and rice or choose ½ cup of rice - then have a Mangosicle (page 367) for dessert. Yum! Craving cheese and sour cream? Top your bowl with grated cheese, sour cream and a garnish of diced avocado for S mode. Have stubborn pounds and realize it’s time for a Fuel Pull?
