Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup mct oil
3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
¹⁄₄ cup lemon juice (fresh lemon juice)
¹⁄₂ cup water
6 teensy anchovy fillets (packed in olive oil)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp TH Mineral Salt
¹⁄₄ tsp black pepper
1 tsp TH Nutritional Yeast
1 ¹⁄₂ Tbs TH Integral Collagen (1 scoop)
1 clove fresh garlic (1-2 cloves; minced)
3 Tbs Parmesan cheese (finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese, lightly packed to measure, or use powder-style Parmy from the green can and don't pack down)
1 Tbs TH Baobab Boost Powder (optional)
¹⁄₈ tsp sunflower lecithin (optional)
