Dinner is on your table within 15 minutes tonight with this yumminess. This recipe is found in the "Oven-Baked Meats & Fish" section of Trim Healthy Table Cookbook. Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray an extra-large baking dish or 2 medium baking dishes with coconut oil.
  2. Lay the fillets in a single layer in the prepared dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Mix the butter in a bowl with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and dill (if using). Spread the buttery mix over the tops of the fish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until flaky.

Note

MAKE A FAMILY MEAL:

  • This fish is lovely paired with Mashed Fotatoes (page 264) or Cauli Rice (page 263) and an S-friendly salad.
  • Brown rice is the perfect accompaniment for those in Crossover stage.
