Note on Gelatin:

You can use your choice of gelatin, whether it be beef gelatin or Knox gelatin.

As written this recipe calls for 6 tablespoons gelatin (unsweetened) this will give a melt in the mouth gummy texture, if you want a chewier gummier then add 1-2 more tablespoons of gelatin.

________________

Sweetener Note:

Amount of sweetness will be an individual preference. Serene likes her gummies incredibly sour, without much sweetness.  She only uses 2 tsp Sweet Blend. P earl likes 3-4 tsp and our friend Rohnda who took these photos for us, liked more... 5-6 tsp!  So taste as you go and own it!

________________

Fun Option: Optional for tart lovers and for the health of it – add a few thousand milligrams of vitamin C powder (you can even open capsules). Add the vitamin C powder after removing from the heat and stir well.

Variation:

Berry Yummy Gummies (FP)
