    1. Put the extracts in a large glass. Add the milk, sweetener, and protein powder, and whisk well. Add the ice cubes, then fill with the sparkling water.

NOTE: If preferred, just purchase stevia-sweetened root beer.  Pour a little into a glass, stir in the milk and protein powder - then fill the glass with the root beer.
