Instructions

  1. Pour a little hot coffee or tea into your mug.
  2. Add ½ - 1 scoop collagen (a scoop is 1 ½ Tbs.) and mix well with a fork.
  3. Pour in the rest of your coffee then add your heavy cream or half and half to your liking.
  4. Stir again.

Serving Suggestions

Using an on plan approved sweetener is totally optional!!

Fuel Pull Option: Omit the heavy cream and half and half.
