Peach Whip is perfect for spring and summer but it works for anytime if truth be told! This recipe is so easy, and the end result is creamy, sweet and slimming! This is the same basic idea as the Cottage Berry Whip, but uses frozen peaches instead of berries. You can even try frozen cherries! Yum!

  1. Add cottage cheese, peaches, & sweetener to your blender or food processor.
  2. Process until a smooth, sherbert-like consistency.

This is an E snack, dessert or even full breakfast so it is important to keep the cottage cheese low fat if you are trying to shed weight. If you are at goal weight, you can go ahead and use full fat cottage cheese. This Peach Whip would then be a Crossover and prevent further weight loss. If using as a breakfast, add another half cup of cottage cheese for extra protein. Our purist Mamas can use Daisy 2% as it has no added fillers. ~ Pearl
