Servings: 1

Description

Join Pearl, Serene & Solace in Pearl's kitchen to see how Serene does her version of "Sweat Pants Eggs" or "Boost Eggs"... the star ingredient of this recipe is the Baobab Boost Powder! The soluble fiber in the baobab powder does something just amazing to this "egg white scramble". Baobab can be used in savory dishes such as in soups, casseroles and eggs!! Not only does the zingy flavor add something to your eggs but you are also adding fiber and vitamins as well which is a win-win for you!! Please see the Recipe Notes below for options on how to use this recipe in both S and E Meals!

  2. Add the hot sauce, Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper and the remainder of the measured out egg whites and stir until everything is nicely combined.

  • Combine the "Baobab Boost Eggs"  with 2 pieces of sprouted toast and you have a lovely E Meal.
  • Sprinkle some Pecorino Romano or drizzle some extra virgin coconut oil on top and you will have an S Meal.
  • If you keep the extra virgin coconut oil to 1 tsp you can still enjoy this recipe with your sprouted toast in an E Meal.
  • Egg Variations-3/4 cup egg whites (carton or fresh; or use 2-3 whole eggs or a combination of whole eggs and some egg whites for an S Meal)
