Berry, Nut, and Goat Cheese Salad
Description
This is a flavor popping salad that is a great example of how to use heaps of leafy greens to fill you up with both nuts and cheese in a meal without going overboard into calorie abuse. No oil is used in the dressing but you don’t miss it due to the creaminess of the goat cheese and the crunch of the spicy nuts. You can get a little more protein (goat cheese has some) with some collagen in an accompanying drink (like a Trimmy) or add just 2 - 3 ounces salmon, tuna or chicken. This recipe is part of the Veggie-Full Ultra-Trimming Menu!
