Place all the ingredients except the cabbage leaves into a pan and cook until everything is combined and cooked through.
In a separate pan boil the cabbage leaves in water until they are nice and soft.
Make the dumplings by cutting the end off the cabbage leaf and putting in a small amount of the chicken filling. Roll up the cabbage leaf and repeat until you have your desired amount of dumplings.
Spray a pan with some coconut or olive oil spray and fry the dumplings on each side.
When ready to eat drizzle a little bit of soy sauce, sesame oil on top of the dumplings and sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
