Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  1. Heat a bit of coconut oil in a skillet and then "chuck" the broccoli slaw (or other non-starchy vegetable) into the skillet.
  2. Sprinkle in mineral salt and other optional add-ins while sautéing the broccoli slaw.
  3. Add in your meat of choice (either precooked or fresh) and cook through.
  4. Place your Chick Chuck Chow onto your plate and taste test to see if you'd like to add the optional toppings, hot sauce, or more seasoning

Note

Watch Pearl and Serene's video, "Hangry Meals #2 - Chick Chuck Chow", on THM TV!

Deep S Version (Omit the optional sprinkle of nuts and the optional sprinkle of flax meal. If you can find a bagged mix of sliced cabbage, zucchini, or other FP squash that would be optimal for a Deep S Meal. Pearl has mentioned concerning the carrots in the slaw mix that we shouldn't fret about those... she certainly doesn't want us picking them out to make the dish Deep S compliant.)
