This is Serene’s version. These will be lighter in feel and much easier on the digestive system than either raw or roasted nuts. It’s best to make large batches every couple of months or so, store in air tight containers in the freezer, and take out to eat whenever you need them. Instructions

  1. Soak any type of nuts in pure water and a little sea salt for at least 7 hours.
  2. Drain and add sea salt and spices to taste.
  3. Place nuts on dehydrator sheets until crispy (usually takes 12-24 hours).
