This high protein recipe is a much more elaborate, expensive, and superfoodish version of the skeleton Flax Seed Protein Bars. This is found on page 402 of the original THM book.

Instructions

  1. Put 4 scoops whey protein in food processor.
  2. Add 2/3 cup ground chia.
  3. Add 2/3 cup water.
  4. Add 3/4 cup coconut cream concentrate. If you do not have this available, grind fresh fresh coconut meal measuring 3/4 cup and add 2 Tbs. coconut oil.
  5. Add 4 Tbs. extra virgin coconut oil.
  6. Add 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate.
  7. Add ground TH Sweet Blend or TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder to taste and a dash of vanilla.

  8. Add 1/2 cup maca powder if you have it on hand.
  9. Process all ingredients until smooth.
  10. Spread mix 1/2 inch high on anything plastic and flexible such as a flexible cutting board or bendable plastic lid.
  11. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
  12. Before it gets too hard, take out and cut into small squares.
  13. Put half the fudge into Ziploc baggies in the fridge and store rest in freezer, as this makes a large batch.
