Garlic and Herb Butter Tilapia

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray an extra-large baking dish or 2 medium baking dishes with coconut oil.

Lay the fillets in a single layer in the prepared dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Mix the butter in a bowl with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and dill (if using). Spread the buttery mix over the tops of the fish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until flaky.

MAKE A FAMILY MEAL:
- This fish is lovely paired with Mashed Fotatoes (page 264) or Cauli Rice (page 263) and an S-friendly salad.
- Brown rice is the perfect accompaniment for those in Crossover stage.
