Ingredients

2 quarts chicken stock (or broth)
4 cups water
3 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
3 tsp TH Glucomannan (Gluccie)
3 Tbs Parmesan cheese (any type)
1 Tbs Italian seasoning (to taste)
2 Tbs TH Nutritional Yeast (2-3 Tbs)
2 tsp TH Mineral Salt (2-3 tsp)
1-2 splashes balsamic vinegar
hot sauce (optional, to taste)
cayenne pepper (optional, to taste)
1 chicken breast (optional, cooked and diced)
2 doonks TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder
2 Tbs TH Just Gelatin (optional)

Instructions

Put broth or stock in large pot.
Separately, blend tomato paste with Greek yogurt, glucomannan, 2 cups water, and optional gelatin.
Add blended ingredients to pot along with 2 more cups of water and all seasonings, and spices.
Heat and serve.
