The Italian Tomato Soup recipe is part of our THM Exclusive Collection.

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts chicken stock (or broth)
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 6 oz cans tomato paste
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 3 tsp TH Glucomannan (Gluccie)
  • 3 Tbs Parmesan cheese (any type)
  • 1 Tbs Italian seasoning (to taste)
  • 2 Tbs TH Nutritional Yeast (2-3 Tbs)
  • 2 tsp TH Mineral Salt (2-3 tsp)
  • 1-2 splashes balsamic vinegar
  • hot sauce (optional, to taste)
  • cayenne pepper (optional, to taste)
  • 1 chicken breast (optional, cooked and diced)
  • 2 doonks TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder
  • 2 Tbs TH Just Gelatin (optional)
Instructions

    Put broth or stock in large pot.

    Separately, blend tomato paste with Greek yogurt, glucomannan, 2 cups water, and optional gelatin.

    Add blended ingredients to pot along with 2 more cups of water and all seasonings, and spices.

    Heat and serve.
