Succulent, moist burgers with oodles of flavor! This recipe is found in the "Extra Skillet Stuff" section of our Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook, page 178. This is a family-size recipe that will serve 6 to 8 people.
Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl. Form into patties.
Put a large skillet over medium heat and brown the patties on both sides until cooked through (use butter or coconut oil only if your ground meat is lean). Or, grill the burgers on an inside or outside grill.
