Life-Changing Air-Fried Salmon is a delicious recipe from Kris Honycutt, a very special friend to Pearl and Sernee and an Executive Coach for the THM Certified Coaching Program. Instructions
- Take the frozen salmon fillets straight from the freezer and place onto a plate. Spray to coat one side of the fillets with the coconut oil pan spray.
- Sprinkle each salmon fillet with the mineral salt, black pepper, chili lime seasoning and nutritional yeast to your personal taste.
- Spray the seasoned side of the salmon fillets with a light coating of the coconut oil pan spray.
- Spray the bottom of the air fry pan with the coconut oil pan spray and then place the frozen & seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer.
- Set the temperature of the air fryer to between 390-400 degrees and set the timer for 7 minutes.
- After the salmon has cooked for the 7 minutes, pull out the tray and shake the pan and or lift each fillet gently with a spatula to move the fillets around.
- Set the timer for 2 more minutes and allow to cook for two minutes or until your desired preference.

- For an S Meal: Use a fattier salmon with the skin on.
- For an E Meal: Use a leaner salmon with no skin and serve over a bed of brown rice or quinoa. You can also use a leaner cut of salmon in your FP Meals.
