These Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls are the perfect little bite of fall when you need a quick pick-me-up or something sweet after a meal! For The Protein Balls

For The Chocolate Coating

Instructions

  1. Add all the protein ball ingredients except for the milk and chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and combine everything together using a spatula or your hands. Add in a splash of milk if the mixture is too dry. It should be the consistency of a thick cookie dough. Once everything is well combined mix in the chocolate chips.
  2. Separate the dough into 15 individual balls and place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place them in the freezer.
  3. While the protein balls are in the freezer melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  4. Coat each protein ball in the melted chocolate and place back in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened on the outside. Store in the fridge
