For the Dressing
Instructions

Place the cabbage in a large skillet with the butter and cook over medium heat until tender.

Add the sauerkraut and heat through

Add the pastrami slices and continue to heat until all the flavors have blended, about 10 minutes.

Add three-fourths of the cheese and stir. Layer the rest of the cheese on top and heat until melted. Spoon the mixture into bowls.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Spoon the dressing over the pastrami-sauerkraut mixture and serve.
