Put 1/3 to 1/2 cup skim ricotta cheese into bowl. (Kraft brand tastes great, is very creamy, and has less carbs than most ricotta cheeses).

Add dash vanilla and 1 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend or 1-2 doonks of TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder.

Stir and enjoy.

Recipe Notes
This can be made chocolate flavored by adding cocoa powder, or use any other flavor you desire such as almond extract or natural strawberry essence.
